能您给我一碗米
Can you please give me a bowl of rice?
I found a way to feed the world and also increase my vocab. What a deal. The people at freerice.com have a vocabulary quiz (and trust me it gets pretty tough) and for each word you get right, they donate 20 grains of rice. I was dabbling for a few minutes and before I knew it I had accumulated a heap of rice, heading towards 2,000. Now I am on a quest to use some of my new words in conversation…and/or my blog post.
Are are looking for some circumlocution, and some sesquipidalian fodder? Are you looking for a way to ameliorate the world hunger issue; give them some food to gormandize? Then spend some time free-ricing. If you don’t want to do it for the world, do it for your own rumination.
With GMAT’s coming up soon this site can’t hurt.
I got to level 45, beat that :0)
